The long sandy beach invites you to take walks and enjoy a variety of water sports. There is plenty of room on the patios for Bar B Ques, lounging around and enjoying the panoramic ocean view with the Coronado Islands in front of you and dolphins playing in the surf.
There is an open beam ceiling with ceiling fans, skylights to allow a flood of natural light and a fireplace in the living room to cozy up to keep warm on those cold winter nights. The open floorplan allows views and interaction from anywhere on the main floor.
The four bedroom, four full bath and one half bath home features lots of glass facing the ocean to highlight the ocean front views and is fully furnished. There is a oversize two car garage, there is a complete laundry room and separate pantry/storage room.
The main living area is on street level and there is a large bedroom with its own bath as well as, a half bath for the great room. The mid floor has the master suite with full bath, a private deck and access to the beach. There is also a sauna and gym in the master suite. Both bedrooms on the bottom floor have large walk in closets and full bath.
